Guyz Studio Boyz is a website within Guyz Studio which is owned and operated by G S Media Limited. Lots of different people are involved in publishing our website, running video and photoshoots and, of course loads of models appear on the site.  Guyz Studio has been operating since August 2005. For your general information those currently involved in the operations of the Guyz Studio Boyz area of our company are:

Different parts of Guyz Studio work in different ways, appeal to different audiences and have different conditions under which guys appear on the sites. These notes refer ONLY to Guyz Studio Boyz.  Please make sure you fully check out our site and are totally familiar with the kind of content published. This website offers an OPEN opportunity to anyone who wishes to appear naked in a man-fun website. You MUST be prepared to show your face on camera. Providing you are over the age of 18 years, have a reasonably fit body, are genuine, sincere and up to have some fun you are welcome. It is more of a fact than a cliché that youth is wasted on the young but it is also a fact that younger guys are more marketable to our site visitors than older guys. To the older guys a kind little word: you are indeed welcome and we will do all we can to involve as much as we can you but please do not see our site as a passport to play with our younger models - that isn't going to happen !

We respect all models on our site and expect to be respected in return. We can not accommodate time-wasters, let us down once and you will not get a second chance. Nobody is expected to do anything they are not 100% comfortable with, personal preferences and limits are always respected.

We offer the opportunity to appear in pictures within our galleries, to have a simple profile on the site and to have some fun in short pay2download videos. While we adopt a professional approach to production our videos are deliberately intended to feature ordinary guys representative of the kind of person visiting our website.

Pictures, profiles and galleries on the site are offered to visitors free of charge. We also offer free preview video clips with full-length videos offered in a pay2download format.

There is some money for models to make from Guyz Studio Boyz but it is not a lot, do not give up your day job !  Treat this as a bit of fun with some pocket money.  We sell video downloads using a credit card handling agent VEROTEL - this company is well established, has been running for many years and manages finances for a significant part of the adult website industry.  Our  videos are set at a good value price intended to have to customer come back for repeat purchases, not one off and never use the site again. Sales are made via credit/debit cards and SMS.  Verotel has a handling charge of 16%,they charge in US dollars but pay us in sterling (GB£).  There is also a bank charge for the wire transfer of money to our account from Verotel. To take all this into account we, therefore, put a sterling and dollar price on our downloads with 2 dollars = 1 pound. We then pay the models one third of the cover price in pounds sterling.  If several models are involved in a video the individual sales money has to be divided between all involved.

The more videos a model is featured in the more popular he becomes with our site visitors and hence the more sales he will achieve.  If a model has three or more videos with us we make up a downloadable box set for him and that model receives all of the model share for those sales.

Production and publication costs to G S Media Limited are quite significant and not always recovered through our share of a pay2download sale. Therefore, we also offer videos in our membership sites GUYZ NEXT DOOR and GUYZSPANK. Models do not receive any payments from these sites.

Payments are made to  models QUARTERLY at the end of March, June, September and December providing earnings are more than £20.  If they fall below this sum the balance is carried forward to the next quarter. Models can be paid by cheque or BACCS credit to their bank account.  Models are regarded as self-employed sub-contarctors and hence responsible for their own accounting to tax authorities etc.

A model appearing on Guyz Studio Boyz can at any time request that his profile and gallery pictures be removed and we will promptly comply with this. However, we can not remove a video as this could involve other models who do not with to have the video removed and the company will have invested money in the production and publication which it can not write off by removing a video.

We aim to have a photoshoot every month but this is not always possible. Details of our diary can be found via the Guyz Log In area of our site.

Some models come along just once while others have been working with us for a number fo years. What ever the individual wishes we are happy to comply with. However, if we do not hear from a model or they cease to acknowledge e-mails, contact etc for a period of six months ort more we will remove them from the quarterly payment schedule.

We do like to keep our entire operation friendly and informal. However, to protect both our company AND models we do require certain formalities to be followed.
