Guyz Websites are run by myself in my spare time and as a
hobby. The level of time I am able to spend working on the
sites depends on a day-to-day and week-to-week basis taking
account of my personal, social and business commitments.
2. I Finance
Guyz Sites myself with a small income from the site sponsors.
Sponsor income represents about 25% of costs, the remainder
comes from my own pocket.
3. Guyz Sites
are free to the visitor and not subject to any AVS or password
areas.
4. It is free
to anyone to have a site within Guyz Sites but I reserve the
right to refuse a site to anyone or to remove a site at any
time.
5. Material
appearing on a site within Guyz Sites remains the property of
the individual but I reserve the right to us any of that
material in promotion for the site.
6. I retain
full editorial rights over all site design and content. While
I am happy to discuss things and take account of other
opinions my decision is final.
7. I will not
publish any material that is illegal, in any way features or
seeks to represent minors, bestiality or excessive violence.
While the story sites currently on-line will continue and
material will be added as and when it becomes available, given
the level of editorial work involved, no new site of this
nature will be added for the time being to Guyz Sites.
8. A site owner
may request his site be taken off-line at any time. In
such a case I will remove it as quickly as possible but can
give no undertaking as to how long the work may take.
Where links have been used to promote the site the site owner
must give me details of those links within the sites if he
wishes them also to be removed. In the first instance I
will disconnect the home page so the site no longer appears
but retain the content on the server. This way the site
owner can have it reinstated easily if he requires. I am
prepared, at the request of the site owner, to hold the
material in this way for any length of time. However,
without such a request I will delete the site from the server
after 3 months when it will be lost for ever. Please
note server space costs me money.
9. I will
undertake any updates/revisions etc as quickly as I can.
However, it has to be understood that I must prioritise work.
Please also note that Wednesdays and Thursdays each week are
given over to editing galleries on the Guyznude website.
Friday mornings are given to checking sit statistics.
10. I reserve
the right to place linking and sponsorship banners on sites.
11. I will do
as much as I humanly can to promote sites and maintain hit
rates. Site owners are asked to also do all they can to
raise awareness of their own site and Guyz Websites in
general.
I hope these
few notes will set something of a framework of understanding
as Guyz Site continue to grow and develop.
