While
I was out and about yesterday I saw a sign.
It read:
THE
MOST IMPORTANT THINGS IN LIFE ARE NOT THINGS
How
totally true that is.....................
The
important things in life are people AND NOT
things. Our studio photographer, James, calls me a
sentimental old bugger when I speak like this but
friends and friendship are so amazingly important.
In the time that I have been running Guyz Studio,
we have been on-line since July 2005, I have been privileged
to make some lovely friends. people whose company
I enjoy and whose friendship I value beyond
measure. I suppose I could list them here now
but
there are so many and I really would not wish to
offend anyone by missing them out.
If
you are reading this blog, if you have surfed
through any pages in Guyz Studio then I consider
you also to be a friend. When I write these
pages each day I never really know who is reading
them. I know our website has visitors from 140 different
countries of the world - that's amazing when you
think of it.
I
have a very dear friend who I have not actually seen since
the year 2000 but who always says DO NOT BE A STRANGER - we
keep in contact by e-mail. So don't be a stranger here - do
feel free to drop us an e-mail and say HI. I can not tell
you the buzz I get when I open my e-mail and somebody has
dropped us a line.
I
spent a few hours last night on-line and surfing some chat
rooms, meeting new friends - YES friends is the right word,
telling them a bit about Guyz Studio and sharing some
interesting natter. If any of those friends have found their
way through to this page then here's a special HI THERE.
Today
is another day where I will be away from the office and the
computer for much of the day. I am looking forward to
tomorrow and getting some serious work done.
Moving
on........................
Let
me introduce you to Mike - left, our latest webcam
model. Mike is from Texas and is now broadcasting into
our Guyz Live webcam site. Click his pic to find out more.
I
had a telephone conversation yesterday evening with our site
team member Hugh - right. he and I are trying to
respond to visitor requests for spanking parties.
YES
we already have Spankathon where you can come along and
watch us make some fun spanking movies but friends are
asking if we can hold some events where they can be involved
- spank and be spanked.
Hugh
and I are working on what we have called our PUNISHMENT BOOK
PARTY programme. This will become part of the Adult
Schoolboy website.
The
thinking is for these to be small groups meeting in formally
in private homes once every three months.
Obviously
there will be wine, food and general refreshments but also
some spanking demonstrations, spanking games etc etc. A
friendly gathering of spankers wanting to spank, spankees
wanting to be spanked and an opportunity for those who would
like to watch.
Obviously
Guyz Studio is an international operation, we have friends
and visitors to our websites from 140 different countries of
the world, but our events have to be located where we
are based - England. That said I am keen we try to
move some of our activities outside London. No offence
to our Londoner friends but it is not the centre of the
universe and there is life outside the M25 Circle.
Later
this week I plan to put together a general information page
brainstorming ideas for these parties and inviting
responses. All being well our first party will be held in
December.
Well
there you go - that's the news for today. I am going
to leave you with one thing.
A
few days ago I was telling you about a website and a book
called THE SECRET, my friend and our website photographer
James introduced me to it. It's difficult to explain exactly
what it's all about - positive thinking I guess but there's
a lot more to it than that. It's just packed with
common sense and positivity.
The
motto of the site is YOU ARE MEANT TO HAVE AN AMAZING
LIFE.............
Not
every day but a couple of times a week I get an e-mail with
thoughts to ponder and build into my way of life.
There was such an e-mail this morning. let me share it with
you.
There
is a difference between feeling gratitude and appreciation
for something, and feeling attachment to something.
Appreciation and gratitude are states of pure love, while
attachment contains fear - fear of losing or not having what
you are attached to. When it comes to something you want in
your life, appreciation and gratitude attracts, and
attachment pushes away. If you are feeling afraid that you
will not get what you want, or losing what you have, then
you have attachment.
To
remove the attachment, keep shifting yourself into a state
of appreciation and gratitude, until you can feel that the
fear has gone.
Do
you not think that makes an abundance of sense ?
Have
a truly amazing day - speak again tomorrow.
