Guyz Websites will create, publish and promote a profile for the above on our Guyz Studio Boyz website.  This profile to remain on the website until such time as the model may request it be removed.

The model can then use the profile to enable him to sell such products as the site can make available. Currently these include:

• Fine Art Prints - sold via the website and an e-bay shop

• Live Webcams - run in association with V S Media Inc

• Video

• Recorded Phone Lines - run in association with First Web Network Services Limited

A model may do as much or as little work within any combination of the above.

Payments for sales are made as follows:

• FINE ART PRINTS The model and photographer (Mick) split sales 50/50. Mick pays models direct on a quarterly basis.

• LIVE WEBCAMS V S Media who operate our studio on their site pay models $1.85 per minute of private show time + 65c per minute for voyeur time.  A cheque is sent to Guyz Sites to cover all models earning in the period.  This is cleared and converted into British Pounds and paid to models. Guyz Websites takes NO commission on webcam earnings.

• VIDEO Guyz Studio Boyz will publish a Free2View clip of the video from which visitors are invited to pay to download a full Pay2Download version of the movie. Visitors can pay by calling a premium rate phone line or by credit/debit card and SMS. Payments by premium phone line are handled for us by First Web Network Services Limited, they take a small commission for all received calls.  the net income from all calls is then divided 20% to Guyz Websites and 80% to be shared among models included in the video. Credit/debit card and SMS payments are handled for us by Verotel.  They make a 16% handling charge for all sales.  Guyz Sites then takes 20% of the balance.  That remaining is then divided between models represented in the video. Please Note as a guard against credit card fraud Verotel works 1 month in hand before clearing payments.

• RECORDED PHONE LINES Our recorded phone lines are un in partnership with First Web Network Services Limited.  All calls are subject to a service charge made by BT, First Web takes a small commission.  the balance is then split 40% to Guyz Websites and 60% to the model represented in the recording.

Payments are made to models at the end of the month for all sales achieved and cleared by the 26th of the month.

A model may withdraw from the site at any time and request his profile be taken off the site, this will be done as quickly as possible.  If the model is involved in any solo video or phone work this can also be taken off line.  However, if the model is involved in a production with other models video's and phone lines can not be taken off the site as to do so would harm other models' earning potential.

Guyz Websites may remove at any time a model from its site for any reason the site's management team shall consider to be harmful to the site or to other models.

Guyz Websites does not in any way undertake or support illegal activity.  It abides by the USC2257 code.  Guyz Websites does not use any model who is under the age of 18 years.  It does not publish material featuring defecation, urination, bareback, excessive violence/rape, bestiality or the portrayal of a model as being under the age of 18 years.  The site does not support the use of illegal substances, no model is ever to use such during the course of working with Guyz Websites and is not to bring any illegal substance to and shoot or other activity organised by the site.

By signing this document Guyz Websites agrees to promote and support the model and to make payment as outlined above. The model agrees to give full publication rights for all material produced while he is working with the site to Guyz Studio Boyz.

This agreement replaces previously used individual model release and video forms.

GUYZ STUDIO BOYZ PHOTOGRAPHER POLICY

Guyz Studio Boyz works only with photographers who are well known to us, people we trust and know will respect our models.

A model will be standing naked in front of a photographer and may engage in sexually explicit acts.  The photographer is there to capture this in stills and video, he is not there for his own gratification in viewing a naked model.  All of the photographers we use are trusted 100% in this matter.

A photographer will not handle a model in order to achieve a pose but use words to direct him.  If there is to be any exception to this, applying make-up for example, the model will know of this in advance.

No model ever does anything they are not 100% comfortable with.  If a model explains he would rather not take up a pose this will be respected without question.

We want your photo session with us to be a relaxed and enjoyable experience.  We will do all towards this end but please do not hesitate to make special requests or ask for changes along the way.

GUYZ STUDIO BOYZ VIDEO POLICY

We are NOT Hollywood and our Studio Boyz are NOT actors.

Our video's are to be simple, low-budget productions offering excellent value to the customer while at the same time giving the potential of good earnings to all models involved.

Models are not paid a fee or expenses to appear in a video production but will receive a generous commission within our current pricing structure for EVERY paid download.

At any given time several productions will be in stages of planning, shooting and editing.  To facilitate a high level of material flowing into the site co-operation is needed from many different people.  The Webmaster and owner of Guyz Sites will retail full editorial control over all material.

Studio Boyz models are always welcome to come up with ideas for projects and every effort will be made to complete these.

All models are aged 18+ and must lodge a copy of photo age ID with Guyz Websites.

No production will portray anything illegal: rape, bestiality etc No production will seek to portray a model as under the age of 18 years.

Where more than one model is involved in a production safe-sex will be practices at ALL times. For reasons of legal liability models should provide their own condoms from reputable manufacturers and these should be brought to production filming still in their sealed packets.

No model is to perform while under the influence of any illegal substance or recreational drug.  If any model is found to be in breach of this condition he will be banned form the site an forfeit any commission fees due to him.

Models are advised not to take Viagra or poppers but such use is left to the individual.  All are, however, cautioned and reminded of the serious risks of fatal injury resulting from combining both substances.

Where alcohol is provided at a shoot, either for recreation or as a part of the script, am model should not consume this if he has taken Viagra.

If a model is to provide a cumshot he should supply his own clean towel for his exclusive use.

No model is to do anything he is not 100% comfortable with.  Personal limitations will be respected WITHOUT QUESTION.  No model must ever be afraid to say "No".

A very dim view will be taken of any model who fails to turn up for an agreed shoot.  We are simply far too busy to accommodate any form of timewaster.  The Webmaster and owner of Guyz Websites retains the right to remove any such offender from the site.
